I don't usually lead shrouds or much else, mostly because my wife hits me if interrupt the tv, not because I can't. I do appreciate your advice though. I had been drinking and really needed a reason to yell at someone.

There was only 1 death in the run. It was in part 2. It was me. I forgot I was the healer, which happens from time to time. I am sure the dps I thought I was contributing was missed. (Somebody might have bit it in pt 5, it is a little hazy)

In part 4 and 5 the only meta's I had on were maximize and empower healing. I used an ardor clickie from an amarath belt, but I am not sure if it helps, but what the hell, it is free. I only cast cml and cmm to get through those battles. There was a bard and he may have cast some healing spells, I am not sure, like I said I had been drinking. I do know he put some kind of sp restore voodoo on me because I saw blue numbers and I wasn't in a pool. I didn't drink any pots, but I would if I had to. Sometimes I stand in the marketplace and just chug 8 or 9 majors just to **** people like you off. I am a giver.

Anyway, I know your shroud runs need 3 healers. There is a reason. You might look into why that is.

From your long history on the forums, I know that you are incapable of deception--so I take you at your word that you believe you did a Shroud with one healer. However, I ask you to consider that you might have missed that there were one or two other clerics in the group. Maybe you just didn't see them.

Really, just think about it. How could you get through part 3 without at least 2 people keeping the melee alive through those blades? I don't want to even think about part 4 or 5. Goodness. I need to take a little rest.

beats me we used to use solo healers for elite shrouds at level 16, I'm purty sure at least one of those elite solo healer runs was bard even as the healer

I know u were drunk, but the toon with the little wings icon is not your personal angel (if it was, it would not have ignored your request to fly to the corner for another case o' PBR). Nor, despite what some of those little wing toons like to pretend, is it a high dps toon. It's actually a healer. You know how the party's red bars were still going back up even though u were busy cracking another beer, scratching yourself, and wiping drool off your chin? That isn't because they were getting aroused at your sexy voice....Just sayin....



P.S. In all seriousness, I completely agree. Solo healing shroud norm is not a big deal. Two healers it is preferred in case of lag or an inadvertant DC (using the cable modem as a coaster for your beer does that). But really, it speaks more to the melee's weak dps, lack of HP, fortification, toughnes, and testicular toughness than anything if they want more healers.

Agreed, all it takes is one or two Cure mass spells and half a brain (even one filled with hops) and you should be fine. Most bards I see at least have the two cure mass spells covered.
