leveld up wrong class

Hello I was going to level up from a barb 8 to barb 9. i selected fighter by accident. I was told by my guild members that i need to get a lesser reincarnation stone to remove the level if the fighter.
I purchased a +1 stone and visited the orc in house K and logged out. now nothing has happened. please can someone help me i am very upset and this is ruening my game experience.

If you did it right on your character seleciton screen you character shoiuld have the option to reincarnte just do that and you will be on a air ship just use the female npc to relevel without the fighter level

please help ans I am so upset and frustrated......
like i said i give the orc the stone and selected lesser. i want to remover the fighter.
do i need to go to an air ship?
can you take a snap hot of the screen to show me? i cant see anything saying what you have stated )

The character selection screen is whre you log into the server and chose which character you want to play beside the character who used the heart is should say reincarnate if you did it right if not talk to the orc again and make sure you tell him you want to reincarnate.

Yeah great, I just worked it out, that it is on the main screen.
now all my stats are all over the place. and wrong to what I had.
now I have to buy another stone and do it all over again.
please can I get re imbursed for this,
it is utter **** and no infomation or clear infomation with step by step proceses.

They're only wrong if you set them wrong. When you LR, you're basically quickly releveling your character from scratch.

This is a complicated game where you need to be careful when leveling characters.

Besides, there's a big warning message the first time you try to level in a different class. Why did you ignore the warning in the first place? A little better attention to reading what the game is telling you would've avoided your mess in the first place.

yah you have to becareful and just take your time you can ask customer service if they will help you but I wouldnt hold my breath your stats shouldnt be all over the place as you have to place them on reincarnates and you have to wait a week between reincarnating and unless you have quite a bit of gear its some times better to just to reroll a new character

now my character is no good and I have to wait 6 more days till I can do this again.
and also does my +2 tome i brought for the character become lost noe too?
it was a +2 that raises everything.

as I want something done about it.

I'm saying you need to pay better attention, and improve your own level of understanding. There's nothing that went wrong for you that isn't well documented in-game. It would appear you also ignored the large amount of text that was displayed when you turned in your heart of wood.

And, I think you'll find that very few posters on the Forums are strictly F2P.

Not lost. Lesser Reincarnation does not remove tomes.

There is no one to email, because the game worked exactly as it should. You simply failed to operate it correctly. You can't expect Turbine to bail you out every time you make a mistake.

So I have lost my +2 tome, i have lost my money and you guys cant even help me restore my character back to where it was as I made a mistake, like I stated in the beginning.
So are you going to help me? or tell me I have lost my +2 tome for all my stats?
call me an idiot? im playing this game and I am getting adicted, thats what you want isnt it?
adiction to playing and supporting the game? which I do, i am tired from playing so much, and I made a mistake.
Now the 2 questions I am asking you are this.
1. I purchased a +2 tome which increased all my stats by 2. now that I have had to reincarnate this character do I loose this or do the total points for stats still stay?
2. by using the stone again as all my stat points are up the XXXX will this drop me another level again?

I must say you really must have rushed the entire process and not read any of the dialogue boxes the game presents along the way and if your stats are wrong it can only be because you allocated them incorrectly but if you feel you have a case please try contacting the accounts team using the link or phone number above. I'm sorry you were not aware of what you were doing and your guild friends did not advise you of the process but you should be able to fix your character once the timer has expired.

As it states in the guide, any tomes you used will be re-applied at the appropriate level (7 for +2 tomes)

You do not lose any levels. You did not lose any levels the first time. With a LR, Tomes are reapplied at the appropriate level. In your case level 7. In all honesty, in your case, it would have been cheaper and easier just to start over. Level 7/8 is easy to get to.

There is no penalty/cost to using a lesser heart of wood (you won't need the +1 version this time as you corrected the class levelling mistake)

During the reincarnate process as you apply the level ups once you reach 7th level you will see the +2 increase to all your stats.

You don't drop a level when you reincarnate. Reincarnation allows you to completely re-make your character, including starting stats, and all skill points the feats.

A +1 heart allow you to CHANGE the class of one level (i.e. you switched your barbarian level to a fighter level). Since you are currently a pure fighter, you do not need to change any of your class levels, you simple want to re-do your stats, feats, etc. So you just need a lesser heart of wood (not a +1 lesser heart of wood).

You do not lose any tomes that you have used when you perform a lesser reincarnation, nor any gear, favour, etc. You simply re-do all of your levels up to the level you were when you performed the reincarnation.

You're being a bit rude here. You made two very serious mistakes (taking a wrong level, and then messing up your reincarnation). There is a lot of information available regarding reincarnation on the forums and wiki, as well as a detailed description before you "accept" the reincarnation. These mistakes are nobody's fault but your own, and while I'm sorry you messed up your character and are rather frustrated about it, yelling at people on the forums is not going to fix this. Calm down, wait the required time to fix your character, and make sure you know exactly what stats, feats, skills you plan to take when you re-incarnate, as you don't want to have to change them again.

Alternatively, what I would have probably done is just delete the character and start a new one. You can get back up to level 9 in a weekend. Although if you've already eaten some +2 tomes I can see the desire to reincarnate.

That is correct. You will not use the class change until the last level where you selected Fighter.

If you currently have a level in a class that you don't want, you need to select a +1 heart. Each time you level while on the ship, you will be asked which class you want to be, and you will select barbarian each time.

So I need to buy a +1 stone, reincarnate next week and then select everything from start of creating the character. then when I go to the airship after I log back in from the character selection screen I talk to the girl and select I choose my own path so I can select all the feats I want or it will pre select them itself.
is that right?
