    Default Password problems after EU tranfers.

    Hi there,
    My friend just transferred our old account to the US server, Ghallanda, using the codemasters transfer tool.
    The transfer was completely successful, except....
    In the process of making a new account for the US servers it asks you to make a new account username and password. We did this, and everything seemed fine. My friend checked his email later that night and the transfer was successful (apparently), it said that the characters have been "successfully transferred to the Ghallanda server". He then fired up the launcher and entered his username, and then tried his password. Unfortunately the password we entered on the transfer tool is physically too long to "fit" into the box you enter your password ON. So, naturally, we tried a password reset, and it said that an email has been sent to the corresponding email address. But no email arrived that night (we repeated the process of getting a password reset multiple times) (The email address cannot be incorrect because, if you remember, the confirmation email was sent to him). This morning he again checked to see if there were any emails and....nothing! I have probably missed out something very, very obvious but any thoughts or help you can offer would be most appreciated.

    Well, that may well be the case, however I would very much like to avoid making a trans-atlantic premium call. Is there not anything else to do?

    If there is no rush and account is not needed for the weekend then raise a ticket:
