Quick question.

You can crunch 3 Tempest runes into 1 Sovereign rune. Can you select Sovereign or is it, as i suspect, a randomly generated one?

random, but then u can put that unwanted sov and 1 draconic and crunch that into upto 3 eldritch runes.

The sovereign rune that is created is randomly generated, you don't get to pick the one that you want (regretfully).

currently at 100+ prey on the hunter runs, and still haven't gotten the rune that I actually want (levik's).

also: you can put any unwanted sovereign runes into the sovereign altar with 1 draconic rune, to 'crush' it into 1-3 eldritch, 1-2 tempest, or 1 sovereign rune (again, random, and the chance for the sovereign rune is abysmally low)

Actually it's 1-3 eldritch (2 on average) or a tempest or a different sovereign.
