questions changing from VIP to premium or free-to-play

I believe I understand how the character slots works if I change. If I have a toon with a ton of favor from playing as a VIP, do I automatically get access to everything that that favor would if I switch to a premium or a free-to-play ?

And, any other game content, etc.. hidden changes that might make me consider staying VIP ?

Someone will correct me where I'm wrong, but if you downgrade from VIP to Premium, you'd lose the following:
The ability to open a quest on hard/elite the first time
All character slots above 4
Access to Monk and warforged, half-orc and half-elf
Any and all quest packs you never purchased. Catacombs, Delera's, Three Barrel Cove, Necropolis I-IV, Vale, Gianthold, etc, etc, etc.

You would retain any favor rewards you had earned. So, if you had 2500 favor, for example, you'd still have access to Drow, 32 pt. build, veterans and Favored Souls.

You can't actually downgrade from VIP to F2P, since you've paid money - you will always be considered at least P2P.

I am guessing your thinking, that you will no longer have access to some adventure packs that you have earned favor in, and you might lose the favor you gained. That will not happen. So all favor you have earned while ViP is kept. In other words the Favor is unchanged.

Only thing you lose from going from ViP to Premium
Shared Bank ( any items still in the Shared Bank becomes withdraw only)
10 character slots to 4 slots ( if you bought extra slots you keep those)
Access to some classes and Races
the 500 TP monthly (Unless you signed up on one of the promotional times that offered more)

You are not able to purchase Adventure Packs while VIP, because you already have access to them. So you may want to prepare yourself for that shock of less Content, or have been saving up TP to Purchase.

I'm not certain, but if you have purchased extra 10 space Shared bank, and went from VIP to Premium, you may need to purchase the 20 Slot shared bank to have access to your extra Shared Bank.
