Newbie incoming

I've played this game for a couple of weeks after coming back from a nearly 2 year departure from the game. I've got a level 5 pure fighter that I've played willy nilly for favor and that was a mistake. So I plan on rerolling and fallow a build that best fits my play style. I think one of the main reasons I left the game is I was always playing solo and if I was in a guild (can't remember) they weren't very active.

So I'm looking for an active guild who is willing to take in this battered newbie and be willing to deal with my antics and constant questions. Keep in mind I will be starting fresh, first toon on server lvl1 so I will be stuck in snowy Korthos until I can complete that first story arc.

So to boil it down here's what I'm looking for:

Active guild accepting of newbies
Voice chat I.E. ventrilo, teamspeak, mumble, is a must. Mumble is preferred but if you have vent that's fine
Willingness to pitch in ie items equipment so on if the guild feels I've fallen behind a bit
