Need help with a build

Hi all,
After playing with 2 characters and noticing difficulties in making a good build i'm asking for some help!
1) I'm looking for a build with high DPS with TWF;
2) I could use some buffs (for examle bard buffs);
3) I would like to have a support role in my team (as a second goal, my primary goal remain dealing high damage taking off enemies as quickly as possible, if it is possible )

Which race do you suggest and what level proggression should I do?

As you might guess by the fact that my own "plx help meh I'm a n00b!" post was just next to yours I'm not the most experienced guy around. But I had some nice help in the thread, and one suggestion was to look for Warchanter builds. I decided to go another route, but judging ny what you are asking for they might be just what you are looking for.

There was couple of 28pts builds I came by that by first glance seemed to be ok. But I'm not an expert in bards and not sure if they are up to date anymore. You can find them here and here. I'm sure you can find some more with some modest searhing.
