Take 2 off of WIS and 1 off of DEX, then put those 4 points into STR. That at least needs to be done.

Personally, I'd drop Extend for Khopesh since Scimitars aren't good in Epic, and I'd put my level-up points into STR, and not CHA. DM4 isn't hittable first life that way, though on a second life it is. I'd also not put so many APs into upping CHA, and would get levels of Toughness or Human CON or something for some more HP. Diplomacy isn't that great as you can simply let other people grab the aggro first, so focusing on more STR to improve your DPS would be the better choice.

Diplomacy on a Paladin to give aggro to one of your squishy friends? That is the most un-Paladin like thing you can do

You have a good idea though to want to optimize your sneak attack bonus, however I would just let someone else grab aggro. Instead put those skill points into UMD, or if you don't want to go UMD put points to concentration and/or balance. Both will be helpful.

Also, I agree with Aylin: Drop wisdom to 8 and dex to 15, and then eat a +2 dex tome. This will make you need to reorder your feats as you can't take ITWF until at least 9th level, but that should be okay. Just take toughness at level 6, ITWF at 12 and GTWF at 15. Also, all level ups to strength, or perhaps 4 to strength and 1 to charisma so that with a +2 charisma tome you can get divine might 3. That's a fairly good compromise.

As for your feats, I also agree with Aylin. On a DPS Pally build extend is not as critical as on a tank build where you might be running with CE on (with CE on spells cost double SP to cast, so extend makes life a bit less of a pain to toggle CE off and on to keep rebuffing). So I also think you should drop extend for khopesh at 18. This will give you more DPS.

One last comment, a TWF Pally is very stat intensive and really benefits from eating a set of +2 tomes. I don't think I would build one without doing so. If you don't want to do that because you know you're going to TR as soon as you hit cap, I would look at going THF for your first life so you don't have to put any points into dex and save up any good khopeshes you find for your next life.

    Best of luck with it

thanks for the replies, I was playing around with half elf to see what they would be good for and they fit really well with the "cowardly paladin" concept

I agree not using khops gimps the damage a bit but I'm doing scim/kukri as much for flavor as for utility

and in non-autocrit situations the extra range makes for more pretty bold numbers when I use smite/sacrifice

as for skipping divine might 4 for strength points isn't dm4 the equivalent of 4 str? if so doesn't it make sense to use level ups in cha because that is more utility?

wisdom and dex drop for more str and con are good ideas so im definitely incorporating those

actually the umd idea got me thinking i might drop a tome in int at 7 for that, the large cha bonus + half umd ranks should get me some utility

    Not quite.

DM 4 lasts for only one minute, and doesn't improve your to-hit. The extra STR gives you the increased damage all the time, increased to-hit, and better saves against overrun and the like.
