Hello, thursday I log on to find out my account was needing its monthly subscription and so I reloaded it like normal, got the points the next day like normal, and arund 5am today it boots me off and I am back to a downgraded account. I do not understand after sendng payment just this past thursday. I did pay for the month like normal and would like my account credited back what is simply paid. I am sure if you look you will see a payment with the pre paid master card I have been using for quite some time now to pay my account has ineed been sent through. I have seen a friend of mine go through the same problem and would not like to have the same reoccuring issue happen to me. Thank you for your time and help in resolving this matter.
