    Default Fighter final gear questions

I want to finalise the gear setup for my fighter for threat tanking situations, but I'm a little unsure of how certain things stack and need a little clarification before I proceed.

I am fairly certain that healing amplification stacks multiplicatively.

I am not certain how threat/incite values stack from items which boost aggro generation.

So here are the questions I'm pondering.

1: Does the 20% healing amp crafted onto a tod ring, stack with the 20% healing amp from the tempest tier of dragon touched armor?

2: Does the 10% healing amp from the divine glory airship buff, stack with the 10% healing amp from the eldritch tier of dragon touched armor?

3: Does the 20% extra threat from the epic claw set stack with the 20% threat from the sovereign tier of dragon touched armor?

This is the gear layout I plan on using.

Head: Epic Helm of the Red Dragon (disease/fear immunity?)
    Eyes: Tharne's Goggles
    Neck: Verik's Necklace
    Trinket: Bloodstone
    Cloak: Epic Envenomed Cloak (toughness)
    Belt: Knost's Belt
Gloves: Epic Gloves of the Claw
Bracers: Epic Bracers of the Claw
Ring: Verik's Ring (+2 ex STR)
Ring: Encrusted Ring (20% healing amp)
    Boots: -

    Armor: DT Shroud
    Sovereign: 20% threat
    Tempest: 15% threat
    Eldritch: 10% healing amp

    Weapons: 2 x LitII/MinII dwarven axes

I have 650 unbuffed hitpoints without a shroud hp item.

If 20% threat from two different sources won't stack, I will put disintegration guard on the sovereign tier.

I'm not sure if the extra 10% healing amp is necessary even if two sources of the same value do stack, I might be better off putting 10% incite on the eldritch tier instead to maximise aggro.

I'm considering crafting hp/guard goggles for when I have a aggro.

    Thoughts/Ideas?

    1. No

    2. Yes

    3. No.

An easy way to find out what stacks and what doesn't:

Same thing doesn't stack with same thing, which means.. items doesn't stack with items but with spells, feats and enhanchments. Fx. +10% eldritch healing amp and divine glory.

Gear setup looks good to me but I would go for the shintao set over verik's set. As a kensai you don't need the extra to hit or to confirm critical hits. The +2 damage from shintao set will work better.

If you want to be a hate tank craft those hp goggles you're planning you don't need tharne's in that situation because you won't get the sneak attack anyway and in other situations (epics where mobs are held 90% of the time) you don't need the hp item and can swap in the tharne's again for the extra sneak damage.

I would make lightning strike hp goggles and then put disintegration guard on the sovereign rune of your DT armor

    Okay thanks for the feedback.

I've made a incite 10%/incite 15%/disintegration guard dragon touched shroud for tanking.

If lightning storm is the best next best hp item guard, I will craft googles of this.

I'm sitting at 650 unbuffed hp without the hp item.

I was considering putting 10% healing amp on the eldritch tier, but I think the 56% amp from the claw set and tod ring will be good enough, considering it should be 72% with the ship buff.

Still, 89% healing amp would be nice too, but with more people running around with esos and claw sets I want to have maximum incite.

The reason I'm using encrusted is that I already have a ravager ring with +2 ex CON crafted onto it and a veriks ring with +2 ex STR.

I wanted the extra healing amp and the encrusted was available and is still a good set.

I also prefer the verik's because I would rather have the 2 extra action boosts, bringing my total to 10.
