    Default Combine PaleMaster and ArchMage?

Can you combine both of these on 1 character? Other than the feat and enhancement requirements I don't see anything in the rules preventing you from being a Arch Mage Lich

No. Each class may only take 1 specialty PrE.

You could take another PrE from a different class tho. But multiclass casters don't fare very well in DDO, since different spells lists dont stack the same way they do in PnP.

Nope: You can only have 1 PrE from a single class at a time... Spellsinger or Warchanter, Kensia or Stalwarts, Archmagi or palemaster....

If you multiclass, yes, you can have a Kensi/warchanter...
