Indeed. Sometimes I will be sitting there and there will be at least 4 groups up for various things I want to do and I just sit there and look at my skills, or rearrange my inventory. By the time I actually end up feeling like clicking on one, well...

It happens... many time I've been there, then just log out...

Sometimes this leads to longer breaks...

But then one day you'll get the urge to log in again and the addiction takes hold once more....

Personally, I keep a couple of truly awful F2P MMOs on my compy at all times. When i get bored of DDO, I play one of those. That game will, in turn, either bore me to the point of crawling back to DDO or playing a single-player game (Zelda on the Wii, lately). If I get to the single-player point, I will eventualy feel so anti-social that I'll go outside or hit up the bar. The outside is invariably dangerously cold, and people at the bar are stupid. I always come running back to DDO, and she welcomes me with open arms, and she touches my cheek, and I whisper sweetly that I have missed her, and she...

The only time I will stop myself from clicking on a group with a quest that has something I want is when I just went through a bout of pugging heII.......I am also very resistant to clicking on a group that has one spot left besides a healer or one that only is half full and doesn't have one of the primary classes that makes the quest more doable......

can't stand sitting around for an hour waiting for a group to fill.


Don't even get me started on the amount of times an SoS finally fills and half the nimrods don't realize you have to flag each time to get in.

I done this for a while also, Perfect World International was one, i thought i liked the game... but then i missed DDO and made up an excuse to stop playing it lmao

Generally I finish whatever inventory stuff I'm doing first because if I don't, I can never remember what it is I was doing when I come back to it!

If its someone I know, I'll join even if I don't particularly need the quest.

My main motivation for not joining an LFM I need is the thought "that is absolutely doomed".

Sometimes I just can't be bothered playing but also don't want to miss out on raids. When that happens, I stay logged in and watch a movie on my other screens or read a book, and luuuuuurk. Lol.

It is times like this that I like to take apart my hotbars and see if there is anyway I can reduce the onscreen clutter... so far, no such luck...
