G'day Folks. I recently came back from a long break from DDO only to have this error. "This username does not have an active "DDO" subscription, Please try another username" which is odd, as i used to one. Can anyone help me reactivate my account?

First thing, obviously, would be to make sure you spelled the account name correctly.
(Don't post it here, just self check that.)

I'm drawing a blank for other suggestions, but it might take a call to Support. (Email would take a couple weeks...)

Afterthought. If you used a hyphen in your account name as well, perhaps a problem with that symbol? Would still be a Support issue, if so.

Was the same forum name the one you used to log into the game in the past?
You can also check by trying to enter myaccount pages after logging with that username.

If contacting support make sure it is "account support".
