This is a build I did up in a few days, playing around with veterans status. As I did this with veterans status the enhancements are a little weird. You want to have +1 mithral full plate, +1 heavy steel shield, and +1 dwarven axe. The stats listed here are with only these three items equipped. You can solo hard quests that are normally your level, you can tank pretty well if you avoid spellcasters, and dps great if you have power attack on

Feat (selected): If you want to tank, luck of heroes, great fortitude, iron will, or bullheaded. If you want dps, cleave. Diehard could be useful now, but you would switch it out later. Its all your choice (I took bullheaded)
