I just looted one of this stones (this is the WIS one) with my low level toon (Yay for inverse twinkling!) and I want to trade it.

Large ingredients: Arrows (4 max), Stones (3 max) and the inevitable Scales

Basically its a ml5 wis+6 item unlocked. It's nice but not omgfpwned nice. Don't set your expectations too high. Especially with all those new no-ml +4 stat stuff out.
