I have a level 20 monk and for some reason, I can not be raged. I am guessing it must be some feat or enhancement I have that does that, but I havent been able to figure out what it is.
Any ideas?

Well that takes care of that. Been playing this monk for 2+ years and never noticed until now that I couldnt be raged.
For one who has mastered their spirit through mental and physical training, such base emotions and compulsions hold no power.
Also, try toggling some of your active feats off.
When we received Inspire Recklessness the devs gave us a way to turn that off if we didn't want it (since the downside is pretty significant) and decided to give us that ability with rage as well.
Personally, I think the implementation is awkward and occasionally detrimental. Wish we'd just receive the ability to dismiss unwanted buffs with a click.

Can we have an amen in the house?! The old EQ days come to mind, click and gone... more rangers would get off raids DNG list for Camo and it would be nice to be able to get rid of buffs in the last fight of ToD so I can better time Grasping on the casters. Yes, being able to get rid of the -25% fort buff is good, but like the man said it would be better if we could just click-n-b-gone icons.
