Fix Mass Repair/Reconstruct situation

Some of the mass cure wounds scrolls are sold at vendors. It's long past due to that the equivalent mass repair scrolls are also added to vendors.

Mass Reconstruct should also be added as a spell, just like Mass Heal.

The current situation doesn't make any sense nor does it fit logically. If the one exists, then so should the other. Turbine has consistently tried to make the game more flexible and especially more solo friendly. Why not make it more flexible and viable for those who want to run with a bunch of WF?

And while they're at it add in a Mass Resist Energy.

Nah, its just one of those old issues that we gave up asking about.

It's an issue that, for the sake of symmetry, should be resolved. But considering how infrequently mass repairs would actually make sense to use, it's not a high priority.

I'd actually like to see Reconstruct scrolls from the Guild vendor, before I see mass repair/reconstruction scrolls.

Yeah, I know we've been asking for this for ages. I'm hoping the squeaky wheel theory will eventually be proven true...and I was planning on starting up a Mass Reconstruct thread next week.

dkyle: never run with a bunch of WF before? Mass Repair scrolls would make a lot of sense in those groups. It's not just symmetry.
