might want to suggest what kind of sweeteners you are offering to offset the ML, otherwise you are likely to get no response.

I'm not sure what I would have to offer a 17th level toon, being as I am only 14th (thus the reason for needing to trade the ring). I was very, VERY lucky to have a most awesome guild mate (Thanks Svaunt!) GIVE me the ring, but unfortunately, I need a WIS ring pretty quick, cannot wait until 17th level.
I do have a +6 WIS necklace ML 13, I would trade that straight up for a +6 WIS ring ML 13...
