All my toons are gone.........i made a new toon and i cant chat in general or party chat...and now it tells me i have to buy the drow race when i have unlocked it..whats going on? what do i do? i am v.i.p so im pay 2 play and i want to play...can you guys fix this?

What is your status on you MyAccount page, and when did you make the payment for VIP (i.e. was the transaction declined).

Also, you wont get any official help from the forums. You need to call them or submit a ticket (calling is faster).
