I have a few questions about blinded enemies. What penalties do apply to a blinded enemy and does their -50% to hit stack with your concealment?

Yup...
It should stack with:
- fogs
- incorporal
I am not sure about
- dusk / blur / dispalcement
unless enemy ignore something (like blind enemies (ozzes, tharask hounds) igrone displace).
Auto sneak attack. Thats pretty much what a rogue needs to know![]()
Blinding does not stack with concealment (Blur,Displacement).
This also makes perfect sense. Why would someone who is blind care about you being blurry?
Orien: Drache-V36, Merkades-V6 , Askasia-Cleric
A blinded enemy is:
- Considered flat-footed (no Dexterity bonus to AC, prone to sneak attacks)
- Takes an extra -2 AC penalty
- Considers all opponents to have total concealment due to lack of sight (50% miss chance)
- Has modified AI for where to move and attack
If the blindness is also a result from the spells Blindness or Sunburst
- Moves 50% slower
