    Default Blinded

I have a few questions about blinded enemies. What penalties do apply to a blinded enemy and does their -50% to hit stack with your concealment?

    Yup...
    It should stack with:
    - fogs
    - incorporal
    I am not sure about
    - dusk / blur / dispalcement

unless enemy ignore something (like blind enemies (ozzes, tharask hounds) igrone displace).

Blinding does not stack with concealment (Blur,Displacement).

This also makes perfect sense. Why would someone who is blind care about you being blurry?

    A blinded enemy is:
    • Considered flat-footed (no Dexterity bonus to AC, prone to sneak attacks)
    • Takes an extra -2 AC penalty
    • Considers all opponents to have total concealment due to lack of sight (50% miss chance)
    • Has modified AI for where to move and attack

If the blindness is also a result from the spells Blindness or Sunburst
    • Moves 50% slower
