Help!!

I need help. Recently my son managed to infect my computer with a malware virus. I ran some anti-malware software and managed to delete it. However, since then I am unable to connect to DDO. I keep getting the following error message:

The underlying connection was closed:Unable to connect to remote server.

If anyone knows what I can do please let me know. Thanks in advance.

It seems it was the IE option but still no idea what really happened. At least it is working again and that's all I really care about. Thanks again for the help.

Malware may well have adjusted IE security and proxy servers as means to harvest information/use your PC as a slave.

I would recommend chnaging your passwords, especially for DDO.

Also, couldn't hurt to put a pasworded screen saver on your computer to prevent random browsing by the local rugrats...
