TR question

So I'm new to the whole TR thing . My question here is I have a lv 16 toon , I may TR him later but for now I'm not , I need his lv and XP to get gear for my other toons. I want to TR my 5th lv fighter quickly to get the 34 and 36 pnt to add to my abilities . Is it worth doing this sooner at early lvs to take advantage of this? I am pretty much going to leave the build the way it is.

Sooner than what? You need a toon at L20 to TR it.
