Try downloading on them on your phone. I couldn't dl them at my work (on either ISP there) but the data connection on my phone and at home worked. There's obviously something wrong with either the host's routing table or there's a key router down near the host. My traceroutes all timed out like a dozens hops down the road.

ok. I got'em... what I did was use a proxy. Just google for free proxies and keep trying till one works.
