It is already there, they are not all evil. Lizard bane would has a use in pvp and they are cooler then gnomes !

An addendum, it should change everything that you type into your chat bars to "Yark!" while you're a kobold.

It just start with 6 level of Monstrous Humanoid and a Level Adjustment of +2.. Nothing is impossible..

I don't really have a problem with monstrous races - I've played pnp with half-orges, aasimar, etc. before - but I think the general feeling is that the equation goes gnomes > shifters, changelings and kalashtar > everything else. And if we're going to have monstrous races, there are some much cooler ones than kobolds.

Hard to say honestly, with as much of a fanbase that kobolds have here. They have become over time more iconic for DDO than WF are.
