Do otyughs even exist in Eberron?
If they do, then with all the sewers we keep visiting in Stormreach, you'd think we would've run into a few by now.
Please Turbine, introduce some "interesting" monsters like the Lifeleech Otyugh (which receives HP from any healing spells that you cast near it) which can force players to change their standard tactics for a while.
Come on, those things are one of the staples of any dungeon (or sewer) crawl!
