110 FPS and still laggy

Two weeks ago DDO starting lagging for me pretty bad. When I try to turn or move I turn further or move further, and it just seems bumpy, yet I have 110 FPS while this is happening. Just wondering if its me or DDO and what I need to do to fix it.

A dxdiag would be required to assist as per this sticky:

Along with a copy of your userpreferences.ini if the issue is solely related to turn movements.
