Nonsense - VoN is run all the time at level. Not as much as the Shroud is, but pretty frequently.

The last 2 times I ran the Titan at level on Sarlona, nobody joined until I expanded the LFM to level 15.

The only thing that seriously needs to be changed is to allow someone to port there from the camp.

It's beyond stupid that you have to drop group and run through a windy exploration area just to reform in a raid group on the other side. Even Turbine knows this; that's why they added it to greater teleportation. But that was a band-aid to a stupid design decision and at some point it needs to be fixed correctly. Just run there once, and from then on, a scout in the camp will teleport you there.

I've only seen two types of VoN groups; Epic and at level. Shroud I usually see 18-20 only.

I've never once seen a group for Titan raid, or even Restless Isles quests/s/r/e. I see more groups for 3BC.

Might I suggest National Geographic, or the Discovery Channel? Or maybe Animal Planet.

Sure. Then might I suggest the LFM panel. You know, the place you start groups for things.

On Sarlona at least (where the OP's Titan run took place), there are 2-3 regular leaders who will occasionally open the raid up to the general public, usually 14-20. This is in addition to Phidius's recent at-level groups. I'm sure there are many more semi-private groups as well.

VoN is run quite often at level, generally 1-3 per day and 3-5 on the weekends. Many are VoN5 experience farming runs without VoN6, however. Epics, of course, get run quite regularly. 12-20 or other such ranges aren't run as often, but they are run.

As for the topic, I like both VoN5 and Twilight Forge. I wouldn't object to making then ADQ like, but I wouldn't object to keeping them as they are. What I would like to see done to Titan and the Restless Isles in general are:
    • A working map in all parts of the explorer area.
    • As previously mentioned, a scout or other such NPC to teleport you directly to the Twilight Forge entrance from the Foothold. Maybe with the requirement that you have your sigil and talk to the Warforge at the entrance first.

    Not that much.

I would also like to see less item damage from healing yourself through a tunnel, as I often times do that to cover needs on any part, and to go back and teleport people without wasting a crystal. That is not essential, though, just a convenience.

von was run all the time 12-16 then 12-20 until epic came out.

I dont bother with pugs for titan when i want something. I take 2 accts, a friend or two takes two accts and we go. If any guildies or friends want in we take them too, but we dont pug out spots. Too many people unwilling to learn the raid and willing to take the loot, or too many people cant follow instructions and cause a fail.

For me all they need to do is add a teleporter to the raid once you have run out to it once.

    Can you not read?

What does the FIRST word say? Disapprove. Yes that's right, you got -rep because people DISAPPROVE of the idea.

That mean's people do not like the idea. Has NOTHING to do with the poster, like or dislike of PvP, and EVERYTHING to do with the idea.

And please, stop baiting and trolling the community, it violates community policy.

If you want to have your reputation restored, you need to send a PM to one of the mods instead of making an incendiary post on the forum.

Dear h4x, the Mod's do not discuss their actions, and I think even posting it could lead to an infraction. I could be wrong, but you generally don't want to bring upon more negativity by trying to ferret out the cause. Or instigating a conflict.

    ^this

On topic: I have no regards one way or the other, so I shouldn't vote for either side. If only it worked that way in politics.

The game has been dumbed down enough, we don't need any more.

If your a poor casual player, it's really just too bad - learn to play better and learn the strategies, titan is not very hard once you do.

Raids are meant to be the most challenging content in the game, STOP ASKING FOR NERFS!

The proper way to fix titan would be to make it as hard as it was when it originally came out, increase the CR to 21, improve the loot, and add epic mode.

There's a reason the preraid is long.

It's to make failing the raid a bigger penalty.

All raids should have this penalty.

No mods please keep them and add more because h4x0 needs to realize while he has the ability and right to post really dump ideas he shouldn't.

    Can someone help me out?

I want to neg-rep Hax for wanting to nerf Titan even though he *didnt actually participate* in the preraid. At least bother to learn the puzzles first!

The titan preraid is fun to me, for the majority (ugh blue/yellow)...Its the missing with the pillars....

    Definitely fun...

First you try to understand how things works, then you try to actually finish the puzzles, and last you try to finish one specific puzzle without resorting to DD... ( it can be done, you just need 3 people and they have to work as a team. )

As I'm a jump impaired cleric mostly in there, I usually ends up at said specific puzzle ( or in the water )... and I always like it.

Please don't remove that pre-raid... it's the only really nice thing in the isle. ( Ghola-Fan and Slavers are a nuisance to do, at best, and the explorer area is just plain annoying. )
On G-Land : Flavilandile, Blacklock, Yaelle, Millishande, Larilandile, Gildalinde, Tenalafel, and many other...
