Sup all! I was just wondering if monks can use cleave ?

You can, but you don't want to.

For one, apparently the length of time it takes to use cleave is dramatic, and means you're often doing less damage even against many mobs.

But even if cleave was good, the problem is monks have no range. Cleave would hit everyone in range, and the range of unarmed attacker is way way less than that of a THF.

at early level its fun
it is usefull for enemys who run away you seem to get higher to hit on a cleave i woudn't how ever take the feat if you don't have to or heave plenty of feats to spare

I took it as a pre req for shinto, and use it alot. I tend to run ahead and jump into the caster archer groups, and cleave with a paralyzer or stunning wraps, as an opener.

Also is a great way to get alot of Ki if in fire stance.

Better or worse then luck of heros? depends on your playstyle.
