It seems like stunning fist has a 6s cooldown and stunning blow has a 15s cooldown. Is this difference WAI?

I am not sure if the 6 sec vs. 15 sec cooldown time is a good thing. Perhaps it should be 8 sec vs. 12 sec or something like that..

Monks are just leaps and bounds ahead of other classes in terms of stunning epic content. I don't think this huge discrepancy is justified... but then again I don't play a monk :]
To me, monks being the best at stunning is a fairly elegant solution to the problem of making every class useful without making every class DPS clones.
If you think about the damage after a mob is stunned i would say it is fair. Wraps are x2 while Khopesh, Warhammers, Mauls, Greataxes, etc etc are x3 and x4. I don't have a high level monk yet but i would assume even with the 12% attack speed increase that wraps get worse dps than everyone else with x3+ in auto-crit situation and its not like they can switch to picks or something cause they have to stay in stance or they will lose their ki.
