    Arrow New Item: Spellmaster's Orb

A trinket that regens 1 SP every time you take damage from non-spells or traps.

OP? Nah.. say you get 25 SP back from your Torc. Do you think it only procs once in 25 hits?

I am more in favor of the chance to proc on hit for a larger amount than a guaranteed 1 point per hit amount. All you have to do on a beefy caster that can self heal for unlimited mana is stand in a firewall / blade barrier with a tower shield equipped and block. My heal / reconstruct scrolls just became an unlimited supply of mana pots.

Multiple Concordant Opposition don't stack. But hey, they are your 24 larges.

When he said Necklace, I guessed that he went with the traditional Concordant Opposition goggles and a Torc.

Could be, but it's not clear enough.

I meant Conc Ops Goggles, Torc Necklace, and my new Trinket item.

Just because you claim that the torc isn't OP doesn't mean introducing a comparable item wouldn't be OP either. The two would stack in very advantageous ways. Doubling your sp regen doubles the amount of damage you can take per hit and still net an sp profit.

That said, I of course want one.

This. I think that H4x's proposed item would be fine as long as it doesn't stack with any other spell regen items.

    I just thought of something!

nail biting maggots. hits about 20 times per debuff, 20 free mana from 3 hp hits.

Palemasters can heal themselves with their Death Aura and use their HP to throw necro spells at things which is basically like free spells.

    Okay.
I'm sure the Devs will get right on it just because you suggested it.

Needs a better name. There's nothing about seeing a guy getting beat on for 1 SP at a time that makes me think "Yeah, that there's a Spellmaster."

    Blood magus' token?

My first response that I thought of probably would have gotten infraction points.

I'll actually go ahead and agree to this, but with the following changes:

    1. Make it a 50/50 chance
    2. Make an Epic Version that does what you suggest, or that does 2 sp per hit
    3. Add an Endgame chain to the Drooam quest line (18-20)
    4. Add a raid to said line
    5. Make this a lootable item from said Raid
    6. ???
    7. Profit!

You know more options wouldn't suck.

I don't know if a new kind of regen is needed that would allow a cordop + torc + new item.

Would crafting a GS trinket be enough? Or a torc in a different slot.

Just to allow us more options.
