New gaming camp/retreat in Australia - Sydney area

Hi all,
Our company is currently looking into creating a weekend getaway retreat for gamers.
The getaway will incorporate halls for gaming, sleeping quarters, showers etc, camping grounds, cooking and eating facilities.
It will likely to be situated around the Sydney region, approximately within 1-2 hours.
We are looking to create a camp/retreat environment, where people can get away for the week/weekend and either camp or stay in themed cabins and play/role-play/tabletop to their game of choice.
It will be an environment where tournaments or other events could be held, with enough facilities/gaming areas where smaller individual games could also take place.
There are currently a large array of individual gaming groups around the country, who have their own local gaming centres - either games workshop centres or local schools / halls. We are not looking to take away from these normal gatherings, but rather to provide a holiday environment where different groups of different experience levels can gather throughout the year.
We would like to get feedback on this proposal from the general gaming community so if you have an opinion, I would be happy to hear it.

As to the when - As soon as we can get the feasibilty stage sorted.
As to the where - We are looking at a number of sites within 1-2 hours of sydney. As close to public transport as possible.
And yes, it will cater for under 18's as well.
