You should hear our vent every time someone says something about ship buffs. I fly into an unholy rage. They should not be necessar. If you need ship buffs for a Shroud, REROLL.

Everyone knows that you CAN NEVER PIKE a reaver raid. Even if you are not main tank, cleric or caster. EVERYONE must kill things.

For the most part you are correct, however, hitting the DEX shrine increases your reflex save which, in turn, helps you thwart all of the griefing with grease going on up in there. YARLY!

DONT BLAME ME FOR ANYTHING.... IM JUST IN IT FOR THE LAUGHS... I am tempted to buy a ship at lvl 15 for my lil guild and when anyone asks for weaksauce invites, send them to my ship with no buffs.

Here's the thing-
I'm not ANTI ship-buffs.... it just take people so effing long to get them and I don't understand why.

Yes, it's helpful and saves SP and time when you can get some Greater Resists, but it doesn't take 10 minutes.

Seriously- I was in a Reaver the other day and this guy took 10 minutes to get ship buffs. If it were my group, I'd have booted him, but no--- sat and waited for 10 mins. Then the guy gets to the door and "Oops... sorry guys! On Timer!"

Then the other day, my BF is in a Reaver which just isn't starting- I asked him what was up and he rolls his eyes and tells me some dude needed to go get ship buffs.

It's ridiculous.

Let it be known that I will henceforth boot anyone who is one of the last three to join a raid group and says that they're getting ship buffs. Or, I'll invite Dunker and let HIM boot them in that amazing southern accent.
