Redo Adamantine Ritual?

When I solo Sins of Attrition my favorite weapon is my upgraded Dreamspitter in Wind Stance wearing a Shimmering Arrowhead. I've noticed I a lot faster mob kills with it over Dual Vorpal Kamas.

My issue is, I've already increased the Hardness of my Dreamspitter, but it still breaks by the end boss and I gotta' pop all 3 charges of my earslug and pewpew it without any metamagics using Magic Missile and Chain Missile until it goes down, right?

Well, that's extremely boring and I always have to back up because if I try just standing there, I often get a "You are not facing insert-boss-name-here" message which is ridonkulous because he's right on me!

Anyway, my Dreamspitter breaks even with the upgrade. I had to drop 70kpp for 10 stupid Essences of Earth and I have to get 20 for just 5 more Durability, not Hardness! Please make the extra tiers of Adamantine Ritual more worth-while, or have less cost.

While I have not yet experienced this, it does kind of seem like the requirements are pretty high for very little reward. The only reason I see for anyone to go past the first ritual is because their item broke completely and now they can't repair it.

Why wouldn't they be able to repair it? That problem only arises if you take permanent damage equal to the item's original durability rating. Since you have to bind and attune the item to you just to do the ritual, there will be no permanent damage.

Sure, not being able to use an item because it's durability is too low is annoying, but that's why it's good to keep several different weapons on hand... and remember to repair immediately after each quest.

I guess I misunderstood that then. However, that removed the only reason I could see for the 2-4 rituals to even exist, so...

You can farm them in Taming the Flames, I typically get 13-17 in about 5 minutes...

nah, eardweller is worth a couple of rituals imo (only has 1 hardness to begin with).

I don't have Trap the Soul or a Trap the Soul item and propane accessories.
