So if you're going to list that one person you'd be best off listing the rest of the guild because everyone else will do the same. It's a raid, it's meant to be completed and you were given the chance to leave.

Only once have I not seen a warning to get out of a fast/zerg shroud run. I go for the completion anyways so I don't care when they hit the alter, the faster the better.

24 min is pretty routine normal run they should give you a chance to finish out though most do although some dont give you much time to respond that you arent finishing.

Nice job on the 24 minute Shroud (12:30am E.S.T. on Wednesday (1/12) night / Thursday (1/13) morning) - too bad you didn't tell anyone that you were doing a speed run in the LFM or warn anyone that you were going to finish immediately after Arrae was dead. Guess I can just wait 2d-18h to try to get my supreme shard to craft my MinII GA - thanks for the 9k xp and the completion. I'll be sure to add you to my "Friends" list...

Eternal Wrath runs 3~4 Shrouds every Sunday, starting at 12:30 P.M. and Wednesday, 5:30 P.M., CST. If we can't fill from guild (maybe run #4 or so, when someone in guild breathes the phrase "EV6"), we do sometimes Pug. We do wait ~20 seconds, and considering how many casters/bards the party sometimes has, you may have 6 DDoors to choose from.

That said... I run with the guy you're talking about all the time. Having lots of in-game experience with him in the past, I can say that you must have been asleep, drunk, or AFK. Because he lets you know with plenty of advance warning - if you don't want to complete, GET OUT. So, the onus here is upon you to have a modicum of awareness, not his to communicate it more clearly to you. Were you hoping perhaps that he'd send you a telegram? Party Chat, and over Voice, is more than sufficient.

Also, some constructive advice : Instead of waiting for your Supreme Shard, go ransack Devil Assault Elite. You'll also get some chances for some other tasties while you're at it.

I do the same thing for my groups on Sarlona, one group is full i say and type "Opening portal in 2 minutes" alot of times 1 person doesnt get in, we just roll with 11. When harry is at 35% I say&type "Recall now if you are leaving", at 10% I say&type "/death is you want to get out hitting alter asap so I can gtfo of this place"... always 1 person who didnt read/listen who complains in tells later that he didnt get out. I have no pity for this person at all.

Sorry, but I have to agree with the responses to the OP; As was said, the responsibility to be watching chat and paying attention to things that are going on are squarely on the individual, not anyone else. If the party leader clearly states several times that he will be finishing as soon as 'Arry drops, well then nobody can blame him for keeping to his word.

Ayy it was a short run, I never wanted to go on timer but I had huge lag. I only saw you say do /death now do /death now when he was at 60% on my screen. Anyways, haha I even dced so no loot out of it, I apparently got some xp though. I'll be sure to use my good pc for shroud farming now.
