Nice job on the 24 minute Shroud (12:30am E.S.T. on Wednesday (1/12) night / Thursday (1/13) morning) - too bad you didn't tell anyone that you were doing a speed run in the LFM or warn anyone that you were going to finish immediately after Arrae was dead. Guess I can just wait 2d-18h to try to get my supreme shard to craft my MinII GA - thanks for the 9k xp and the completion. I'll be sure to add you to my "Friends" list...

The thing I don't understand is it took you until part5 to notice it was a speed run?

1) I was 3rd in group and LFM at the time only said "Shroud"sorry..

I've been on speed runs before, just never had anyone immediately click the altar as soon as Arrae was dead before (except noobs a couple of times).The thing I don't understand is it took you until part5 to notice it was a speed run?

Obviously it wasn't clear enough... Maybe you read it in the LFM (which was obviously updated after I joined) and/or you've ran it like this before, with these players before, etc... But as I posted above, I've never been involved in an insta finish before and certainly wasn't expecting it.
Woulda been fine (still surprising) on the other 7 toons I run through the shroud, just happened to be disappointing because of my crafting requirements on this particular toon.Last edited by lock_1; 01-13-2011 at 12:38 AM.

It was probably closer to 15min. People were sitting in there for ages...
Was a really good run, I enjoy smashing shroud, and beating part 4 before the blades were even close was amazing

On Sarlona it's hard to get puggers that are on the ball... flower sniffing is the way people roll. Nothing you say can make things go faster, or for people to pull their finger out already and get moving. Originally Posted by Impaqt
