Please Fix Myddo - I loathe interviews

Well, many of us absolutely can't stand pugs who can't/don't/won't communicate. And I have posted before, and will say it again, if asked question 'X' then get an answer to 'Z', it's like saying you don't wanna be in my group. So why did you hit the lfm to begin with?

It doesn't much matter to me what your pet peeves are -- if you had a list of questions or pre-reqs to joining, the better question is why didn't *you* set that out in your LFM and save me the hassle of clicking it?

If you need to interview everyone before you accept them into your pug, your pug is probably going to fail or at the very least be excrutiating.
