Force Burst of Icy Burst of Stunning + 10 (Very Desirable)
I'm Willing to pay from 100-600k plat for those depends on the wraps.

Also on another note buying Holy Wraps of Icy Burst with Bleeding or Pure Good
ML should be 4-8 lower it is more i'm willing to pay

You should have force burst on your list specifically as it's the best combination all other things being equal.
