Old character shows in MyDDO

I deleted one of my old characters and started a new one with the same name. Now, my new character is lvl 20 and it still shows my old lvl 4 with the same name.

Is there any way to correct this?

None of my characters have updated since 8/30/10.

Sorry, I don't know of any fixes for it but I feel your frustration too!

Really? That's interesting. I went ahead and filed a bug report because the in game help system was no help and closed my ticket and sent me to forum support. I was reading other posts and many seem to have this problem. I hope they work on fixing this soon.

yeah I was hoping something has been discovered to fix this.

on one server I recreated same class and name twice and it did update, but on another server, it only updated to the second and that one was same name & Class for the 3rd time. Sometimes it will update, sometimes it will not I guess.

I would like to know a way to fix it, cookies ? Cache ? something simple like that would work for me as a temp fix till it is totally fix, but doing that still does not help

I'm just bumming it took me 3 tries to get the character right, but can only show the wrong

okay did it, I kinda wanted to read it all, but that is taking away a lot of Gaming time
