so just fought the hag and army for 10 mins whilst she glitches and this is the result:



i don't care about the GM killing her, as it's my first time in the quest i'd quite like to finish it myself.

but resetting it to the beginning without comp for my health, used pots and clickies is a bit of a jip. that on top of the fact by resetting it in a glitched manner then just leaving me to rot just plain sucks.

any options?

You probably just need to solve the "New" puzzle he spawned.

You never get compensated for any consumables.

just raised a new ticket and got the same GM.

showed him this post so he could see the issue...

ok, i get it. his hands are tied.

but still leaves a bad taste and i've got to write up the bug!

Ouch. Sorry hon, thats tough. I can tell you that *should* be a known issue, because it was a big problem on Lammania that got posted - having four, even five versions of the star puzzle going at the same time.

That said After you get them all lit, its really easy to solve Just need to hit each light once.

well that's the thing.

i had got them all lit, it's just she wouldn't come back out of her incorp. bubble or whatever the effect is.

the snapshot was taken after teh GM had 'fixed' that issue (and i'd subsequently died)

I think this was so funny. I know how frustrating this can be. We have had many glitches and have sat in quests for 40 minutes waiting for a reply only to hear they cant help us. That is a downfall with the game is that the support from online is limited. Turbine has been helpful when I called, but I dont do it often. You should definately let them know about this. Glad to see it isnt just myself and friends that run into this problem
