Help me understand how the Completionist works

Hi!

If i want to get the Completionist feat, what do i need to do? I read on DDOWIKI that we need 2 tiers of TR to reach this feat... But I am quite confused about that!

Is these stesps right?

1 - Choose a class
2 - Reach lvl 20 with this first class
3 - TR in a second class
4 - reach lvl 20 with this second class
5 - TR in a third class
6 - reach lvl 20 with this third class
7 - TR in a fourth class
8 - reach lvl 20 with this fourth class
9 - TR in a fifth class

.
.
21 - TR in a eleventh class, and then, only then, be able to take this Feat?

If this is correct, how much XP will i need to get on the Eleventh life? One quardrillion???
And how long would it take? 8 years playing continuously???

Just pointing out that 2nd TRs are

4.379.500xp not 5.1 mill

Does "capped" = Capstone Enhancement taken at 20 each life, or just capped XP?

Capped just means lvl 20, have to have the majority of levels in one class, for example Im tring my monk into a ftr 3 times for past life bonus to DC's 12 ftr 8 monk will allow me to get the ftr past life.

Oh and 2nd tr (and every tr thereafter) is 4.3 mill xp not 5.1.

TRing was implemented around November 2009 and the first completionist was around August 2010, so about 9 months.

A TR2+ has been done in 5 days (not by me), so its possible to do a completionist in 11 weeks (theres a 7 day timer on TRing). Mine took about 9 months, but there was at least a few months where you couldn't TR more than twice on a character, and I was stuck as a ranger for a long while. I know the 2nd to hit it got it in about 6 months.
