    Arrow Super Saiyan

Okay I've always loved DBZ and I used to stare at the ceiling and Kamehameha it to smithereens in my mind.

DDO is similar to DBZ in that they both have awesome combat. I'm know the devs can be creative, I mean look at the neat burst thingies they gave clerics.. all pretty and stuff.

Well, I was thinking for the new Sorcerer prestige classes, could we get some moves that get stronger the more we charge them?

It would be SO COOL to sit there and gather a ball of energy (sort of like how monks meditate) and then release it at something. The longer we charge it, the more SP it costs or something, but it'll do more damage. (with limitations)

Also, more multi-attack spells better than Magic Missile would be cool too, sort of like http://dragonball.wikia.com/wiki/Scatter_Shot but only you sit there and keep tapping it.

Now, I know full well that these new spells need to exist in the DnD spells list already prior to being implemented, but what I'm requesting is the devs look for spells they could make look amazing and give a DBZ twist to them.

The ability to fly would also be nice, even if just in public instances for travel. There are invisible walls around each house, there is no abusing it. Please, let me fly really fast and do neat tricks in the air. (perhaps redo the current Fly affect you get from the Stormreaver now, since it's more of a oddly-hover-your-guy-around thing)

tl;dr - I want to be more like a Super Saiyan without breaking the game or unbalancing anything unless you think one class being way cooler than all the other classes is unbalancing.

You can charge attacks in champions online... I heard that it is going ftp pretty soon also. I'm not one to suggest anything though.

    I'm almost embarassed reading this.

Instead of completely taking over the suggestions panel on these boards, can you try to actually learn the game and then come back here?

This would be a suggestion of my own

I think you'd like spells like ayailla's radiant burst. That's just 5d6 but actually looks like a hadoken/kamekameha.
AND cost you some str, which would be like ki for non monks.
There's one in the same spell line that looks like an aura, and one that makes you fly, etc.

Or you'd like incarnum and be able to focus your energy to create magic that grow in power the more energy you put into.
In fact, you'd enjoy perusing a lot of the less known official d&d sourcebooks.

Wearing my D&D3.5 P&P player's hat here are the things (that I recall) which best meet your abridged requirements from the D&D3.5 P&P:

Nimbus of Light provided an attack that built up over time, once cast, so it could be released at differing strengths. It had a maximum strength, based on level.

There are a number of energy sphere spells that could be cast, producing a ball of energy that could be made to wander around if the caster concentrated on it.

Following your link it seems that you'll not be able to completely emulate Scatter Shot although I would recommend you look at the latest D&D3.5 "splatbooks" because they tended to become more unbalanced as D&D4 drew closer.

Your best change for aerial acrobatics would be to lobby for the Air Walk spell http://www.dandwiki.com/wiki/SRD:Air_Walk and then you could run and use Tumble to get the effects you seem to be seeking.

These are just back of an envelope notes, I hope they are helpful.

About that scatter shot, magic missile is multi-target in pnp. There's no multi-target in ddo but chain missiles fill that spot.
Can't recall any other multi shot spell in 3.5 but in 2e there was Melf's minute meteors.

Why bothering with a simulacrum when you can have the real stuff ?

Dragon Ball Online ( the official Korean one ) :

    http://dbo.netmarble.net/main.asp
Dragon Ball Online ( English version it seems ) :

    http://www.dbmmo.com/

and a Frog one just because my Google Fu brought it as first answer :

    http://dbz-online.net/

We don't need Super Sayan in DDO ( we have 32 Pointers, and TRs ).
We don't need Kamehameha ( we have cometfall ).

You want to play Dragonball ? go play Dragonball, but don't try to turn DDO into Dragonball.
For the spells before going into the unkowns of creating new spells having all the spells from the PHB ( and having them behave accordingly ) would be nice.
On G-Land : Flavilandile, Blacklock, Yaelle, Millishande, Larilandile, Gildalinde, Tenalafel, and many other...

HEY, you got DBZ in my DDO!

No, you got DDO in my DBZ!

    (Both) Wow, this is horrible!

Seriously, DBZ and DDO are both cool for their own reasons, no need to combine them into some unrecognizable monstrosity.
