Epic Fail has not recently been running Epic DQ or Epic Chrono.
Our Epics recently have only been the easier quests (Von 1-2, Party Crashers, Big Top, Snitch, Last Stand, Claw).Author of Info Blue UI Skin (Really wish Turbine would update the skinning interface and enable all the new UI parts.)
If you don't have an SSD, you should be using DDOPreload (fixes the slow first login issue)

We've done a bunch of Epic Chrono's esp when it first came out, but Epic DQ and Epic VoN are much more popular epic raids... in our guild anyway. I'm not aware of guilds other than the ones you listed running these on Orien. None have chimed in yet. But with a little determination, any group of players can conquer these epic raids. It is definitely possible.

Disorderly Conduct has completed Epic Chrono a number of times. However it isn't run normaly.
