Which Framework chest drops Teraza's Sight?

I've ransacked the end chest in Framework several times now and have yet to pull a Teraza's Sight. (the chest near the minotaur chieftain)

Does anyone know which chest this item drops from? Do I need to kill all the minotaurs and pull from the chests near Dorris?

Any help would be appreciated.

I'm running on hard for speed. (run is now 2 minutes)

If I have to do elite or normal that is fine, this is just really frustrating.

Terazas Sight dropped from the Beef chest on norm for me. Also the Snake Skin vest and the Scepter of the Fleshweaver.

The Bloody Cleaver has come out of the Robot chest when everything was dead( including some other than a beef steak)

What i DID notice was that if you used the balista in the city to launch into the Courtyard and stone skin a couple Cows in there, the loot seemed better. This was tried on 3 attempts and all three had SoMe sort of Named drop. As opposed to the 10 other runs that all had trash.

I've never, ever completed the optional to not raise the bell, so not sure if that would affect the loot drops.

Norm & elite.

The ones I've gotten have been from the optional chests you get from the WF, gotten from both the stealth one and the slaying one, on normal and elite. But I think they drop from the chieftan's chests also.
