The numbered DDO playing tips

Is there somewhere to find the list of all these numbered playing tips that appear, usually when the system is loading a dungeon you have just entered or when you first enter the game? Frequently they disappear before I get a chance to finish reading them, and they look like they have a lot of good info.

It is like somebody wrote the manual, extracted the most useful info from it, deleted that info, and put that info in a place where you can never read more than half of each sentence.

The DDO manual makes me laugh. Most of it is devoted to vague explanations of "paths" that nobody in their right mind, I assume, would take rather than just customizing.

A monk that dual wields kamas! Power! Who wants to use handwraps, when you can attack slower, get -2 to hit, and do less damage? They should call it "the path of the insane underpowered monk."
