I am looking for a fvs wf 34pt build with the highest possible intim and healing capibilities.
I would be will to go 17/3 but would prefer 18/2 i plan on having empower, toughness,max,quicken
My goal is to intim everything in the game intim in the high 60s or 70s, as well as a strong backup raid healer.
Please help me with build advice thanks.
