    Default DDO referral points always pending

    Submitted a ticket for this issue 17/12/2010 after about a week or two of pending points, points still showing as pending and no reply to the ticket.

    Ticket number #24001-1238.

    Any help appreciated.

    I am having exact same issue. 1380 points outstanding to my account. We will see if this gets resolved soon.

    Default Points came through today..

    Finally got the points, still no response to ticket or explanation for delays.

    Will wait and see if next redemption processes as expected or takes another month.
