Ability To Drop Stuff?

Can we please have the ability to drop plat? Minimal stacks of 100kpp only!

I'd LOVE to run around Stormreach, find amazing hiding spots, and put little easter eggs in there.

It would get a lot of bored people something nice to do.

Well droping in public instances -> no -> see mines
Droping Bound items -> never
Droping key quest items -> yes, Yes, Yes, YES! -> I don't want ever again destroy things like Redwillow's Ruin items and be unable to finish the quest this way.
