Leveling order/schedule on a TR?

Just curious what order, amount of times people run quests as a TR 1 or 2. Found some old threads, just wondering how much of that has changed with all the quests that have come out since. Just hit 14 on my double TR and headed to GH but some help on questing next life would be greatly appreciated.

It changes every time new quests are added to the game.

For my main’s current life I started following this post until I hit level 10ish.

Around level 13, I went on a grinding spree of the Droam quests which offset most of my Gianthold/Orchard questing.
