Need advice on greensteel slot

I run a level 20 fighter, geared towards DPS but good HP for tanking.

Right now I'm wearing Minos Helmet, Greensteel HP/earthgrab cloak, Kensai Set, Ravager set, Epic Vulkoor's might set, Tharnes goggles, DT armor.

Now, I plan on working towards the red dragon helm and flawless red dragonscale docent.

Now, I'm considering getting the envenomed cloak epic. Problem is, I have no idea where to fit in a GS HP item. I basically think it either needs to be goggles or helm at this point. So which item is less important, tharnes goggles, or Red Dragon Helm? Keep in mind I have good DPS and 20% threat from Epic Vulkoor's might set, so I have aggro a good bit of the time. Tharnes really only gives damage on autocrit mobs for me, but dropping the red dragon helm will drop my strength modifier from +15 to +14 (40 to 38m since I'll drop the fighter strength 3 enhancement).

Thoughts?

The way you descibe it, go for goggles - tharnes gives you TS and I am sure that you can go without your GS HP item in the cases you really need TS and dont have a devine friendly around. Alternatively consider doing triple air boots, that at least gives you 3xhaste, unless you insist on having Earthgrab on your GS item.
