If you use the mail system a bit, you will probably have READ items that are days old sitting there.
A delete read button would be great.
The item must have been read, and must NOT have anything still attached to it (cash or item)

With a caveat.
If this takes an hour for them to implement...fine, but frankly..its take 1 or less seconds..to delete a read/detached inbox letter.
